We produce in accordance with international standards, with the right methods, taking the biological characteristics of our fish into account. Our production system, which we have developed for fish welfare and health, works with a comprehensive animal care technology that creates a healthy living environment for our fish. Our veterinarians, biologists, divers and technical team control and supervise the quality of sea water, physiological conditions of fish, feeding and harvesting at every stage of the breeding process, and make improvements by intervening when necessary. Our fish are monitored at regular intervals and strict controls are applied.
